Local 525 Political Action Committee Mission Statement

The mission of the UA Local 525 Political Action Committee is to represent and protect the interests of our members, their families, and the skilled pipe-trades workforce of Southern Nevada through responsible political action, education, and advocacy. We are committed to supporting policies and candidates who respect organized labor, defend fair wages and benefits, promote safe working conditions, strengthen apprenticeship and training opportunities, and invest in the infrastructure that keeps our communities growing.

Through member participation, volunteerism, and engagement in the political process, the Local 525 PAC works to ensure that the voices of plumbers, pipefitters, welders, HVAC/R service technicians, apprentices, retirees, and working families are heard at every level of government. Our goal is to advance the values that have guided Local 525 for generations: solidarity, craftsmanship, safety, opportunity, and a stronger future for all working people.
